Some of our most enthusiastic friends get pretty adventurous with their porky products. Ashley, Ray and Edie had their half pig in just 4 pieces this time. They have made bacon from the belly and Edie is a great fan of the trotter. Perhaps the biggest adventure is the whole leg of air dried ham that has been cured and is now drying for a full year for use New Year 2011! We hope they will keep us posted on how they get on.
